Sensing in Harsh Industrial Environments
In harsh industrial environments it is almost impossible to monitor the state of machinery and equipment without the aid of sensors. A simple malfunction or breakage can cost millions in downtime of operation. By implementing our latest VelaPulsar Platform it is possible to monitor the operation and status of any part of the machinery, as well as identifying a breakage and locating the detached part. Using our custom mobile application (also accessible from browsers), employees are able to monitor the status of the machinery and are notified if certain events occur.
Detection & Localization
Our solution is able to detect the occurrence of critical events during operation. Incase the event involves a breakage/detachment of part of the machinery, the solution is able to localize the broken/detached part.
Real-Time Monitoring
Monitoring the status of the machinery is available in real-time and is accessible any where in the world, thanks to our S3 Cloud Platform.
Multi-Platform Applications
All employees are able to access the solution with different levels of privileges. The solution application is custom developed and installed on multiple platforms allowing users to log in using a username and password combination and access the solution anytime anywhere.
